Owner, Noelle, has over 20 years in management, leadership, sales and the hospitality industry. Noelle graduated from the University of Iowa, moved to Colorado after graduation and never looked back!
Noelle started learning the nuances of small mountain communities, tourism and short-term rentals long before companies like Vacasa or Airbnb even existed.
She takes a simple, direct, no free frills approach with a deep-rooted knowledge of running a successful vacation rental while keeping everything local in the community.
Noelle worked in property management in Breckenridge for many years managing luxury vacation rentals before working in corporate America in the Software, Property Management and Travel industries. Before starting Grand Lake PM Noelle was the Director of Sales Training for a travel company for digital nomads. In addition to running GLPM Noelle is also a Sales Training Consultant.
Noelle is an experience Co-Host and is part of Airbnb's Experienced Host certification program.
Hiking, playing classical music (Viola), road-tripping, fly fishing, skiing, travelling the world, RV-ing and spending time with family. Noelle spends a lot of her time with her rescue dogs Finnegan and Winnie-Bear adventuring in Grand Lake, all over Colorado and beyond.
