We are passionate about what we do. We started managing luxury STR (short term rentals) in Breckenridge, Colorado in 2004 before companies like Airbnb and Vacasa existed and technology fundamentally shifted the way people vacation! We have a deep rooted knowledge on how to operate a successful rental and treat guests with the attention they deserve for a 5 star experience. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality and creating unforgettable vacation experiences.
Owner, Noelle Klehr has over 20 years in management, leadership, sales and the hospitality industry. Noelle graduated from the University of Iowa, moved to Colorado after graduation and never looked back!
Noelle takes a simple, direct, no free frills approach with a deep-rooted knowledge of running a successful vacation rental while keeping everything local in the community. We have amazing vendors from plowing to cleaning crews that make your vacation rental something you can confidently leave in the hands of our crew.
Before Grand Lake Property was started, owner Noelle worked in corporate America in the Software, Property Management and Travel industries which assists in the success of running GLPM. Before starting Grand Lake PM Noelle was the Director of Sales Training for a travel company for digital nomads. In addition to running GLPM Noelle is also a Sales Training Consultant for international corporations.
Hiking, playing classical music (Viola), road-tripping, fly fishing, skiing, travelling the world, RV-ing and building things. Noelle spends a lot of her time with her rescue dogs Finnegan and Winnie-Bear adventuring in Grand Lake, all over Colorado and beyond.
